Endearing and eccentric, they fall through every normality examination and are defeated mostly by their own hilarious incapability. Or they end up in conflicts with their, equally incapable, colleagues.
Whether in interaction or improvisation with the guests, between the tables, during dinner service or in perfectly choreographed sequences, they serve up the unexpected!
